Delete Your Account

We understand that privacy and control over your data are important. If you wish to delete your account from Click and Collect SA app, developed by Click and collect, please follow the steps below.

🔧 How to Delete Your Account:

To permanently delete your account:

1. Open the app and go to your Profile  

2. Tap the Edit Profile icon (gear icon at the top right)  

3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen 

Note: your account and all associated data will be deleted.

🧹 What Data Is Deleted:

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

- Personal profile information (name, email)  

- Your phone number

- Your location

- Your proof of ID

🗂️ What Data Is Retained:

For legal, security, and operational reasons, the following data may be retained after deletion:

- Transaction records (e.g., payment confirmations)  

- System logs related to account activity  

After this retention period, all remaining data will be securely and permanently deleted.
